For my painting, I did a painting of a big fall tree. I used red and orange for the leaves and a darker brown for the trunk of the tree. I used grey and white for the sky because I wanted it to look like fog. I like the way the texture of the leaves turned out. I also like the way all the colors look together and the color of the sky next to the leaves. I would have made the trunk of the tree longer and work on the form of it and the branches. The pattern throughout the leaves turned out really nice. I didn't plan the contrast on either side of the tree and how one side the leaves are a little brighter like the sun is hitting that side more. Overall I like the way my painting turned out.
