Breadth Section

Unity/ Variety

For this picture, I was trying to make it look like they were spilled from the jar and I also wanted to show a few different colors of sharpies. The sharpies represent unity/variety because all are the same shape and size but different colors.

Balance

For this picture, I was trying to balance the path on each side. It represents balance because it is mostly the same on each side.

Contrast

For this picture, I was trying to get all the bunches of flowers naa their color. This represents contrast because the contrast is turned up and the picture already had a lot of contrast.

Rhythm

For this image, I was trying to get a lot of the fence. This picture represents rhythm because the fence had a rhythm.

Texture

I was trying to capture the texture of the wood really close. It shows texture really well.

Proportion/scale

I was trying to get the sun in between the fingers and it represents proportion/ scale because you can't really hold the sun.

figure / ground relationship

I was trying to show her size compared to the tree. It shows the relationship because the tress is way taller than her and you can see that.

Line

I was trying to get a bunch of different lines in the picture and it shows line because there are a bunch of lines leading you in different directions.

Illusion of Motion

I was trying to get the dog in the air. It shows the illusion of motion because the dog would just be standing there like that and it looks like it is moving.

Emphasis

I was capturing the pink tree in the tress of green. It shows emphasis because it is surrounded in green tress and it is the only pink tree.

Color

I trying to get the bright color of the pink. It shows color because it is a bunch of bright pinks.

Value

I was trying to get the whole sky and tress. It shows value because there are a lot of different value ranges.

My Favorite image is the emphasis because I really like the way the whole picture turned out. My least favorite is the proportion/scale because I think that I could have made the picture better. With editing the images for some of them I turned up the brightness. I think that T=this section showed a lot of my skills like my emphasis picture shows my creativity of finding something to take to pictures of that will make the picture better than just some boring things. Also, a lot of my pictures are taken at different places showing my creativity to get out and take pictures. I do think that I could work on switching up what I am taking pictures of.
